Labour Launch 5-Point Plan For The Economy

Labour MP for Oxford East, Andrew Smith, joined Shadow Chancellor Ed Balls at the launch of Labour’s five-point plan to kick start sustainable economic growth.

Andrew said: "The Lib Dem-Tory economic policy is not working. Services are being cut and unemployment is going up, making it harder to reduce the deficit".

Labour’s plan would mean:

MORE JOBS for young people

TAX CUTS for small businesses

CUT TO VAT for families - giving you more money

CUT IN VAT on home improvements

BUILDING of new schools and other essential infrastructure
