Mark Lygo has lived in the local area with his partner and two children for many years. Mark has been an Oxford City Councillor for Churchill for the last four years and he is Cabinet Member for Parks, Sports and Schools Liason. Mark is also a local school governor, a marathon runner and supports a number of local charities.
