Join Oxford Labour next Tuesday for the much anticipated launch of its 2018 May City Council Elections manifesto. Labour is pledging to deliver on local issues for the benefit of the many, not the few. We want you to help us kickstart our campaign ahead of the elections taking place on May 3rd.
We're delighted to be joined by John Healey MP and Susan Brown, leader of Oxford City Council. John has been Member of Parliament for Wentworth and Dearne since 1997 and is the current Shadow Secretary of State for Housing, having previously occupied the position of Shadow Health Secretary under Ed Miliband. Housing has always been at the heart of John's politics and he was heavily involved in founding the Social Housing Under Threat (Shout) campaign. His involvement in our manifesto launch reflects Oxford Labour's commitment to an affordable housing policy that leaves no one behind.
