Richard Tarver grew up in Oxford and has lived in East Oxford for 14 years. Richard advises teachers on employment rights for a teachers’ trade union. Richard was a councillor for Iffley Fields from 1990 to 2004. In his spare time he enjoys running and relaxing at home to music.
