In response to parents concerns about speeding traffic, your Councillors are arranging to have Slow School signs outside schools and on school routes on: Bartholomew Road, Cornwallis Road and Oxford Road.

Cllr Shah Khan says: “People have been concerned at the speed of traffic near schools in the Ward and I have persuaded my colleagues, councillors Helen O’Hara and John Sanders to join with me in finding funding to introduce new signs to warn motorists that they need to slow down.”

Similarly, the road humps on Bartholomew Road are to be repainted.
