Lubna Arshad
City Councillor for Temple Cowley
Lubna is an experienced local councillor who has represented the area since 2018. She was born and raised in Oxford and currently works in IT at the University of Oxford. She also volunteers with homelessness charities and is very involved in the Oxford Living Wage Campaign.
