Nigel Chapman
City Councillor for Headington Hill & Northway
Nigel has been a Labour City Councillor for the Headington Hill & Northway since 2016. He has successfully taken up numerous issues for local people, improving the quality of housing and local side roads as well as saving the Northway Police station from closure. He is also a Governor at New Marston Primary School.
