Trish Elphinstone
County Councillor for Rose Hill and Littlemore
Trish was first elected as County Councillor for Rose Hill and Littlemore in March 2023.
She is an experienced community campaigner. She grew up in Blackbird Leys and has lived in Oxford for almost all of her life. Trish works as a part-time music teacher and musician. She has campaigned on behalf of residents to protect local services, improve bus services and hold developers to account.
Trish is a strong voice for Rose Hill and Littlemore – championing the need for cost-of-living support for local families, investment in local children’s services and improvements to bus services in Rose Hill and Littlemore.
